The Beach Boys, have announced their only UK show for 2025 as part of their The Sounds Of The Summer tour.

The group will play a huge outdoor concert at Englefield, in Pangbourne, near Reading in Berkshire, alongside special guests David Essex and Lulu on 20 July 2025.

For more than six decades, The Beach Boys’ music has been an indelible part of American history. Since the band’s co-founder, lead-singer and chief lyricist Mike Love penned the lyrics to The Beach Boys’ first hit, Surfin’ (1961), dozens of the bands chart toppers have become eternal anthems of American youth: Surfin’ USA, Surfer Girl, Fun, Fun, Fun, I Get Around, California Girls, Help Me Rhonda, Barbara Ann, Good Vibrations, Wouldn’t It Be Nice, Rock and Roll Music and Kokomo.

Sounds Of The Summer

The Beach Boys have sold over 100 million records worldwide and have received more than 33 RIAA Platinum and Gold record awards. The Rock n Roll Hall of Famers were also honoured at the 2001 Grammy Awards with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

The group is led by  Mike Love, who, along with longtime member Bruce Johnston, musical director Brian Eichenberger, Christian Love, Tim Bonhomme, Jon Bolton, Keith Hubacher, Randy Leago and John Wedemeyer continue the legacy of the iconic band. This concert will not feature Brian Wilson, Al Jardine or David Marks.

The concert will take place as part of Heritage Live Festivals’ weekend of shows at the Englefield. Giles Cooper of Heritage Live Festivals said: ‘It’s been a huge ambition of ours to host a show for the legendary Beach Boys for some time now, and we’re delighted to not only make it happen; but also to have their only UK show for next year. This is going to be really special – the perfect summer band for the perfect summer concert and a show that will be etched in our memories for many years to come!”
