Legendary British rhythm and blues band, The Manfreds announce 30-date UK tour, for October and November 2025.

Their Maximum Rhythm N Blues Show promises an unforgettable experience for fans of all ages, celebrating the enduring legacy of one of the most iconic bands in British music history.

The Manfreds were born from the original members of the 1960s chart-topping band Manfred Mann, known for their infectious blend of rhythm and blues, jazz, and pop that captivated audiences worldwide, taking them from the blues revival scene to the masses on the wave of ‘The British Invasion’.

With a career spanning over six decades, The Manfreds have become synonymous with a timeless sound that has left an indelible mark on British culture.

A Treat Awaits

The band’s journey began in the early 1960s when Manfred Mann burst onto the scene with hits like 5-4-3-2-1, composed as the theme tune for the iconic TV show Ready Steady Go!. Their distinctive sound, characterised by sharp lyrics and bluesy rhythms, quickly propelled them to the top of the charts. Iconic songs like Do Wah Diddy Diddy, Pretty Flamingo, and The Mighty Quinn cemented their status as pop legends, all reaching No.1 on the UK Singles Chart.

The current lineup of The Manfreds includes original members Paul Jones (vocals, harmonica) and Tom McGuinness (guitar, vocals), along with Marcus Cliffe (bass), Simon Currie (saxophone), Pete Riley (drums), and Mike Gorman (keyboards).

Joining The Manfreds on this tour is the extraordinary vocalist Noel McCalla, known for his work with the iconic band Manfred Mann’s Earth Band and his acclaimed solo career.

Paul Jones said, “I’m eagerly anticipating another great tour – not only with the magnificent Manfreds, but also with the marvellous Mister McCalla.”

Noel McCalla responded, “Superb, what a privilege to be invited to share the stage with The Manfreds. What’s not to be excited about? A treat in store”.
